Fuqi Feipian, if translated to English directly, is called Couple's Lung. Scary? Actually it's sliced beef and ox organs in chili sauce. This cold dish is said to be invented by a couple who utilized beef heart, tripe, tongue and beef as the main ingredients.

Chengdu street food
