- Meals: 15 Breakfasts +15 Lunches + 15 Dinners; If you give up, there is no refund.
- Hotels: Kashgar, Yining, Burqin, Urumuqi: local 5-star, luxury, or high end hotel; Hemu, Kanas: high end local guesthouse; Sayram Lake: local 4-star, high end hotel or high end local guesthouse
- Entrance Tickets: Tickets of mentioned sites including scenic site shuttle bus; If you give up, there is no refund.
- Travel Accident Insurance: Maximum coverage is 300,000 RMB (200,000 RMB; for tourists aged 71 and above); Claims during travel are subject to the insurance company's terms. All types of accidental injuries caused by non travel agency reasons shall be borne by the tourists first, and compensation shall be made in accordance with the relevant regulations of the insurance company afterwards. Expenses caused by personal illnesses are at the tourist's own cost and not covered by insurance.
- Service Team: Certified tour guide (Chinese speaking) with at least 3 years’ experience; Accompanying service throughout the entire trip ( English service can be arranged if you book early); Train attendants and accompanying healthcare professionals equipped on Panda Train
- Kid Service Standard: Private bed on the train and in the hotel, breakfasts in the hotel not included; Meals on the train, entrance ticket (including scenic site shuttle bus), seat on the tourist vehicle, meals during the trip included
- Special Agreement: Because our trip goes to several different regions, travelers agree that the the Panda Train will entrust the reception business to a qualified local travel agency; Accompanying healthcare professionals refer to qualified doctors and nurses with rich clinical experiences equipped on the train.
