Shanghai Weather in September

Shanghai’s autumn starts from September, but there will be a few hot days in early September. At the end of the September, the weather becomes cooler. Please do check the weather forecast before going out and always take an umbrella with you in case of unexpected rains. 

Recommended Dressing

The climate of early September is suitable for summer clothes. If temperature drops at late Sept., you need to bring a coat, a sweater and long trousers. Don’t forget to bring clothes for the morning and the evening.
